*Decorative planters are termed when they comes without drainage hole, thus we usually use them as a cache pot, where should you like to pair with a plant, the plant will come with a suitable growpot, and placed into the decorative pot. We indicate whether a pot comes with drainage hole on all our product listings.

Mix & Match Planters: We offer a large range of planters for each size of plants. This makes a large amount of plants to planters matching for all home styles. In such cases, you may add a grow pot, and add a recommended pot with it.

All plants are covered by our guarantee on the day of arrival. Although slight weariness or minor cosmetic blemishes might arise as your plants adapt to their new environment, rest assured that we are committed to assisting their flourishing journey in their new home.

Replacement Assurance

Should the rare circumstance occur where your plant arrives lifeless or sad, we will be more than happy to send you a complimentary replacement plant. The replacement will be packed in a grower pot, and we will provide you with clear instructions for repotting. It's important to note that if a particular plant is currently unavailable, we won't be able to offer the same plant as a replacement.

Please get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving the plant should there be a need for replacement. We are unable to replace plants passing this replacement period due to many other external circumstance that would affect the plants growth.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged plant or pot, kindly take a few photos of the affected item and reach out to our Customer Service team within 24 hours of your purchase. We kindly request photos as evidence of the damage, and rest assured, we will promptly replace the damaged portion of your order

Care Product Guarantee

With utmost care, we meticulously choose top-quality products to nurture and enhance the life of your plants. If, within 7 days of arrival, a care product or accessory is damaged or exhibits signs of being defective, we will gladly provide a replacement for your utmost satisfaction.

DELIVERY

We offer a door-to-door delivery service 7 days a week. At the checkout you can choose your preferred delivery slot from those available. We even offer same day delivery within a few hours (express delivery fees may apply).

PLEASE NOTE: Our delivery service is door-to-door. Our drivers will deliver your items to your door or other designated area. For security and safety reasons our drivers are not authorised to enter your home so if you're ordering heavy items, please ensure you have the means to bring them inside.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES OF PLANTS

We're unable to accept returns or exchanges of plants so please check carefully before you place your order.

Returns & exchanges of non-plants items will be reviewed on a case by case basis, and are not applicable during promotions and sales.

Not thoughtfully packaged

This is a rather tall plant with a thin stem and heavy leaves. And the whole plant keeps falling off to the floor because of the sheer weight and the unsturdy pot. Not very thoughtfully designed and packaged. Very disappointed as its a rather expensive item. Needless to say, will not be buying any artificial plants from tumbleweed anymore.
